| We had a nice view and we had a short walk (across the parking lot)to the pools. That is what made the room bearable. We requested a non smoking room, that did not happen, but we did not want to complain due to the nice location of the room. Parking was a drag and we decided to park at the upper parking deck and walk down to the room rather then brave the parking nightmare at the bottom of the hill.

| Excellent pools and hot tub. Very friendly staff. The hotel room that I rented was not as pictured, it was across the street and looked as though it was once it's own establishment. Furniture was 70's but very clean. I would stay there again because of the price and proximity (just outside all the noise but within easy walking distance) to downtown Gatlinburg.

| Hotel was nice, the rooms were outdated, smelled damp or something. The pool made it worth the money. The pool was great, perfect temperature, and the cave was cool too. So in our opinion, you can look past the room if you like to swim.

| This hotel was good for what we were looking for. It was within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, but off the strip, so it was quiet. A mountain stream off the balcony was very peaceful. The pool area was nice. The room showed its age, and needs some touching up. It was not luxury, but it was comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff was very nice. Lets just say a couple of the front desk staff did not present the southern charm we received from everyone else on our vacation.

| I requested a non-smoking room - but none were available when I checked in. I was assured that the room was recently remodeled and clean. No it wasn't. The next day I requested to be moved to something better - my request was accommodated. Overall, the remainder of my time was ok.

| The hotel had mold on the tile in the bathroom. The tile in the entry way was damp/moldy. The carpet was dirty (your socks got dirty walking on the carpet). Swimming pools were nice. The indoor pool is very noisy with the waterfall inside.
