| overall ok...front desk was understaffed and the bartender was miserable.....not very welcoming at all ..after driving a great distance you would want to be treated more pleasantly...not !!

| I've never stayed at a Best Western before. But by the looks and sound of it ("Royal Plaza"), I assume this is an "up-scale" Best Western. Even so, you get what you pay for. Service is good. Hotel decor is a bit garish. The fixtures in the rooms do show some age.

| I was happy to find that the windows opened in the rooms. I thought the restaurant was quite good, comfortable, great service. We liked the extensive bar as well. It was a nice room, comfy bed and an overall pleasant experience.The pool was emptied and the gym is very basic but does the trick!

| this was a fine hotel to stay in. I was very impressed with the facilities, and with the majority of the staff. I found some of the front-desk staff a bit unwelcoming, but that did not hinder my stay at all.
