| Nothing exciting, but more than adequate. Unusual physical layout that required going outside to walk around the building to get to the restaurant when a meeting was in progress, which was most of the time. Restaurant was good.

| The hotel was nice and very comfortable - especially for the reasonable price. I did have a problem obtaining a receipt since I had prepaid through expedia, but the hotel mailed it to me.

| We flew into Milwaukee late in the evening and didn't want to hassle with finding an outlying hotel. The Raddisson was easy to find, quick to get to, and comfortable for our family. The front desk staff was great - had a taxi for us within 5 minutes to get us to dinner reservations on time. (The Raddison does have a restaurant/bar on the premises "Houlihan's" that looked nice, we just didn't eat there). Would recommend the Raddison as a convenient place for families with flights. Appeared to be popular with business travellers as well. Sleep number beds weren't that great, but all in all, a very nice place we'll stay at again. Clean, comfy and affordable. Mom's rating: a solid 8 out of 10.

| The hotel was great as well as the staff. On Friday we were looking for a "great fish fry" and inquired at the desk, the clerk said they had a good one but just as the clerk was saying this, the manager walked by and said "no, go to the Packing House". He gave us directions and not only was the food GREAT but the prices were very reasonable. He did say that theirs was good but wanted us to try the local fare. They were helpful anytime we needed directions or sundries that we needed. The bed was the greatest, it was the "numbers bed". We highly recommend it.

| There was a wedding reception with very loud music until midnight and motel did not offer to change our room - essentially told us to put up with the noise. Computer printer in lobby was out of ink and no one at desk seemed to care. Lobby was out of coffee in morning and no one at desk would act to get some.

| The hotel was very nice as was the restaurant and lounge. The woman Christy behind the front desk was one of the rudest people we had ever encountered. She did absolutely nothing to welcome us in a professional manner and had quite an attitude with every question we asked.Not the right person to have welcoming out of towners.

| The quality of the sleep number bed is the main attraction of this hotel. It is prepared well with really clean sheets and pillows. wonderful!

| The Hotel was very dirty throughout! Carpet very stained, bathroom not clean, shower mildewed and bedding very old and worn. Room smelled! Two of three ice machines I tried did not work. Staff was rude and made no effort to help or respond to request.
