| The TV and Wireless internet are up to date, but the heating and A/C units are noisy and always seem to overshoot the comfort zone one way or the other. The rooms are clean enough, but the breakfast buffet isn't very appetizing. If you need to stay in Fitchburg or Leominster, there aren't many options and this is one of your better choices.

| Checking in was a disaster. Although it was earlier than the normal check in time the clerk assured me that it was no problem and she would find us a room. After cooling my heels for half an hour while the clerk was somewhere in the back, I said that I would come back later. I came back after normal check in time and still had a long wait while the clerk was on the phone. When I finally got to my room and was settled in, I found that it was non smoking after requesting smoking. That required a room change. To top it off, in the morning we were told that we were not eligible for the continental breakfast. No, we won't be back!!!

| The hotel is very nice. It sits high on a hill, so most rooms have a great view. Rooms are supposed to have free wireless internet, but didn't work in my room on the 6th floor. I had to go to the lobby to get a signal. The restaurant at the hotel was a disaster. Possibly the worst service I've ever experienced, even though there were two waitresses and just four tables occupied. Detailing the comedy of errors I witnessed would make this a very long review. The only table that had more than two people (a party of 8) is probably still there, waiting for their food...
