| Didn't have much interaction with the hotel staff. Did ask a few questions, which were answered in a professional manner. Simple continental breakfast, but it's free. I liked the microwave & refrigerator in the room. Not spacious or luxurious, I did get what I paid for, we just needed a place to sleep each night. But, I did love the location. Conveniently located to airport, Disney, Universal Studios, other entertainment, restaurants and shopping.

| The breakfast was a joke. Dry muffins, waffles, and juice...... there were ants everywhere, on the sink, in the bed, there was a lizzard in our room! We could wait to leave! The carpets were filthy, the grounds were unkept.

| This hotel is on the descent side...you get what you pay for. I wasn't too impressed with all of the staff and the bathtub looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. But other than that, the room was nice...it is right on a lake and there are many things around in that area to visit.

| Complimentary continental breakfast was not good. There is no internet access, which can be an inconvenience. Overall: Good location and okay to crash after a long day at the parks.

| Well, my wife and I were just looking for a little nicer place to stay while we enjoyed a weekend in Kissimmee/Orlando. We thought because the hotel was a around a 2&1/2 - 3 star that it would be a little better than some of the other hotels in the area. Unfortunately we were wrong. For starters the elevators were very difficult to find, as were the ice machines. The soda machines in the hallways didn't work; and I know because I tried 4 of them. Instead, I had to get dressed and go into the restaurant to get a soda. The rooms were terrible. They were not clean and that made us uncomfortable sleeping there. Because we were only there for two nights, we dealt with it, but honestly, I feel there are hotels with lower star ratings that are more clean and comfortable than this property.

| My room was clean and I had no unpleasent surprises. Staff was friendly. A big plus was the fridge and microwave included in the base rate. Continental breakfast each morning, although I only used it to grab some coffee. Pool was very nice although it was a bit small. There is an attached British-theme bar downstairs which was a bit divey-looking at first, but was good for an beer, french fries and a game of pool nevertheless. I wouldnt call it a "restaurant" though. But there are a ton of other restaurants nearby. This hotel is a few bucks more than other "cheap" hotels in the vicinity, but definatly worth it in my opinion.

| This is not the cheapest hotel but might be one of the cheapest one's. The small price difference is worth it. Great location, a lot of outlets, 99 cents souveniers and other stores around like Walmart, target, etc. Rooms are clean, standard microwave, fridge (smelled like chinese food inside the fridge), plenty of towels for 4 people on the room. Continental breakfast was not bad at all, better than most hotels. There is people living on the top floor and around the first floor as well. There is nothing wrong with that, just a small smell of food coming out of their respective wings. I would stay here again next time.

| we stayed two nights, the first night we were so tired we really didnt care where we stayed as long as we had a bed to sleep in. The second night we stayed longer in the hotel room relaxing and watching tv. For the price we paid it sure is good, and we had lots of restaurant around the area to choose from. The beds where nice and comfortable.
