| Great location, we just parked the car and hoped on the sky train which was only 4 blocks away to downtown and a huge mall only 5 blocks away. Get ready to spend some money, vancouver is not cheap. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable on all attractions.

| Two story, walk upstairs. Room was clean, staff was helpful, showers worked, bed comfy. Definately low budget; I thought 3 stars was slightly over-rating it. All pillows in the room were extra firm, large pillows; I cannot sleep with those pillows, so I ended up putting the towels into a pillow case and sleeping on that. The internet broke at 9:00; didn't get rebooted until the next morning. Business travelers and road warriors beware. Nothing warm or protein for breakfast (except hardboiled eggs). Several places nearby to eat, though.

| This place was very convenient when we wanted to go into Downtown Vancouver. It is about a 8 minute walk to the Skytrain that will take you all the way into downtown. No traffic, paying for parking, or gas! It was great. And the overall feel of this hotel is nice. It's looks a bit shabby on the outside, but the inside looks very nice!

| One of our friend can not find his reservation through Expedia-Great Western when he arrived one day after four of the group arrived. There were not enough non-smoking room for us becasue of no ineternet hook up. That is the trade off anyone has to think of before making his or her reservation.

| Helpful front desk , maintenance and cleaning staff. Quite close to the Metropolis mall and easy access to taxis. All in all a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay there again
