| I was very dissatified with this hotel and the service I received. I complained to the hotel personnel and they told me to take it up with my travel company, there was nothing they could do to help make things better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

| Everything was going great until the fire alarm went off early in the morning. I went to front desk and was told the waffel maker in the breakfast area was smoking. O.K., I forgave them. The very next morning during the exact time as breakfast, it happened again. I took the sign from the room which stated your night is free if not satified to the desk and asked them if that means anything? Manager said the alarm is there for our safty and I could not get a free night. Friends, it was clear to me that the alarm was set off by something that the hotel could have taken care of. I was not well rested on either day of my stay. I'm tired of bussiness being afraid to live up to their word simply because it may loose them some pocket change. I would rather have seen a sign that said, " Enjoy your stay. You're paying for everything, including our mistakes." this would be more accurate.

| The room was nice, with couch, chair, and table. The hotel was within walking distance of several different restaurants. Overall we were satisfied with the room.

| My husband and I were less than impressed with this this hotel stay. The blanket was dirty and the bed uncomfortable to say the least. The TV was not working properly and the microwave didn't work at all. Yes, they brought another microwave and put it on the table at the end of the bed. They left the broken one behind. Very tacky. The water pressure was virtually non-existant and the jacuzzi looked like it had seen better days. Needless to say hopes for a weekend away were dashed.

| We have stayed in Comfort Inns before but this place will not be our choice in the future. Plumbing is old and inadequate - drainage in shower/tub was unacceptable - place needs an update.

| Well, the bed was too soft for me. If you sleep with anyone else in it who is heavier than you are, plan on spending a lot of energy staying on your side of the bed and not slowly rolling downhill towards them.

| Overall the Hotel was fine, my problem was the one night my room did not get cleaned. The next day I left my room at 7:00 am returned at 3:00 pm and my room was still not cleaned. I spoke to the cleaning person and she was rude and said she was getting off in ten minutes. I told her that I wanted to shave and shower. She did not return, another person came to the door and ask me to leave the room so she can clean it. I reported this to the front desk manager. Was not satisfied with that portion of my stay.

| Basically a good place to stay. Any concerns we had were addressed. A good value for the money. The swimming pool and swimming pool room were a little too cold, we stayed in February, but my child enjoyed the pool anyway. There were plenty of restaurants close by.
