| Uncomfortable beds, weird shower (needs one of those curved shower curtain rods), no ironing board. OK for one night in a pinch but that's about it.

| The only downfall of the hotel was that we had 4 people staying in the room and each day they only provided 2 sets of towels so we had to go to the desk to get the other needed 2.

| It was very convenient for us to be able to take our medium sized dog with us. The room was simple but quiet. A hairdryer had to be asked for, but was given without extra charge.

| This hotel was in the heart of everything. My daughter was house hunting in Champaign/Urbana. We arrived at the hotel late at night and were met with courteous and helpful clerks (one in training). Check in was quick and the room was clean and everything was in working order. I neglected to ask for internet connectivity when making my reservation, however, a handy little phamplet was given to us to access the internet with a very minimal charge. The Red Roof Inn was very close to all kinds of restaurants, shopping, and an enclosed mall with every kind of retail store. She is buying her home there and the Red Roof Inn was a very comfortable place for needs. I would stay there again and without hesitation would recommend fly, rental car, and hotel packages with Expedia.

| 1. The room was dirty. After we complained, we were not offered another room, nor they cleaned this room. They just gave us excuses (too many guests, so they do not have enough time to clean rooms decently). 2. For the services and amenities provided (no fridge, no coffemaker) the rate charged was way too expensive.

| Nice, clean and perfect place to stay if you are planning to be in Champaign for a day or two. Very close to the mall, restaurants and University. Easy access to the freeway. Cant go wrong with this hotel. Free coffee but no breakfast. But you have lots of breakfast places in walking distance.

| This hotel is convenient, clean, comfortable, and affordable. It is certainly not a five star motel, but I would stay there again. It is in walking distance to Alexander's Steak House which is an excellent cook-your-own steak house. Overall, I was very satisfied.

| The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The furniture in the room had stains and was generally old. The cleaning staff also did a good job keeping the room straightened during our stay. I would say this is a budget hotel where you can expect budget conditions. I would stay there again in order to save money.
