| Great location and prices in a nice neighborhood of Barcelona. Comfortable for families traveling together. Walk to Saints Station with plenty of food, ATM's, tour Busses, etc. Also walk to the Magic Fountain, Montjuic, etc. Great views from some rooms and the rooftop pool and bar.

| Hotel is conveniently located next to the Sants train station (5 minute walk). Room was pretty clean and hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. First night, we got a room that was located close to a nearby construction site and needless to say it was difficult to sleep late in the morning. We were able to switch rooms with out a problem and didn't hear a thing the second night.

| How did this hotel get 4 stars? The hotel seemed decent enough when we checked in. We chose it because it was close to downtown and easy to get to the airport. On the second night, after coming back from town, the room smelled like sewage. I complained to reception but I got the cold shoulder. I was told the hotel was full and I should come tomorrow. After waiting 2 hours for the manager to arrive in the morning (she was late) I was told that the smell is normal in Barcelona. (I have been there before, thats a joke) But they agreed to change my room. However, in the new room, we found excrement in the bathtub!!!! I was angry but rather than make a bigger fuss, I showed it to the house cleaners and asked them to clean it. We came back in the afternoon at 6, and there was still remains of it still in the bathtub. I found the manager again and the general manger and yelled enough till they sent someone to clean it again. This is not what I was expecing from a 4-star hotel and my recommendation, stay away. Also no one actually speaks english fluently so if you can't speak Spanish, (I do) then best of luck in getting any where.

| It was a great hotel for a short stay in Barcelona. Conveniently located to all key sites. However, the hotel gaurds do not smile or even say hello to their guest. it is almost as though they are suspicious of you.

| My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel for the four days we spent in Barcelona. The hotel is located near two metro stations which made getting around the city very simple. The pool and deck at the top of the hotel was nice to lay out by. The room was tight and the walls are beyond paper thin. You can hear everything going on around you and if you have noisy neighbors this can be a major pain.

| No coffee maker or iron or internet connection in the room. The hair dryer was as good as useless. The room was always immaculately clean, though much smaller than any other hotel I have ever been to. The drapes and bedcovers were worn and faded....need to be replaced. The sheets were always very clean and crisp though. Hotel staff were always helpful. Very convenient, close to Metro stations.

| The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were helpful and I could always find atleast one person at the reception who could speak English. The location of the Hotel was ideal for me, just outside the Barcelona Sants station. I never tried the food at the hotel. The hotel does not have internet connections for guests to use.
