| When I arrived, very tired, at 10:00 p.m., there were at least 50 people in a very crowded lobby, standing in a very slow line, waiting to get a room. For the cost, the room is nothing at all special, with no fridge, tiny television, generally spartan furnishings. Shuttle to airport is on "first come first serve" basis, so you might not get it. Taxi to terminal is $10.

| The shuttle service provided was a good thing but we were packed in like sardines. The hotel needs some maintenance badly. I reserved the room for two people but their was only one set of towels. We called room service for another set but never got it. we also ran out of toilet paper.

| I paid top dollar amount to stay at this hotel for the convenience of overnighting at the airport for my international flight. I arrived at 11pm, exhausted and wanting to go to my room. My room was not available until 2.30am. I travel constantly and was astounded that the hotel seems to be able to sell the same room to more than one guest/s per night. I stayed there so I could go straight to my room and sleep. I am still astounded.

| Lke most airport hotels, it looks like this place is worn and meant to be that way, as they don't have to work too hard to get customers. It's a bit dated and worn. The people are friendly and helpful, but it's just a "tired" property in need of a face lift.

| The only reason in choosing this hotel was the fact that its advertisement states that it is the only hotel IN the airport. They have failed to mention that you must walk to the skyfly ramp, take a train, and then take the hotel's shuttle. Besides this, the rooms were old and the bathroom was falling apart.

| Hotel needs major update-appears to be as built (1970's)and nothing has been done since then. While neat and relatively clean, bathroom facilities totally outdated and very small. Room decor dark and dingy. Mattress so uncomfortable we both tossed all night and had a backache in the morning. Food choices also stuck in the 60's-70's era. Most food served buffet. Dinner buffet at best average, with serving pieces that didn't work (i.e. soup couldn't be kept hot in the service tureen) all other food lukewarm at best. Overall, for the cost, this hotel gave no value other than proximity to an airport at high cost.
