| Our vehicle had problems at a time when no auto repair shops were open. Staff went out of their way to jump start my car, get me back to the hotel, then drive me to an auto parts store to get a needed part.

| We went for a weekend getaway...and picked this hotel not knowing what to expect. We ended up very happy and definitely will be back! The hotel is basically setup with the pool and game room in the center and the rooms surround it. So for families and such it works out great! Also a great breakfast buffet included in the room price!

| Upon getting there, our room was not what we had reserved on line. However the hotel staff not only quickly and pleasantly took care of our situation, but they upgraded us to a private floor Executive Suite at no extra charge. Although the hotel could use some updating, the rooms are clean and quiet and the bed was very comfy. We would most definately stay there again.

| Only thing that's kind of surprised me is the swimming pool in 1st floor, and some guy live in 1st floor kind of scared me since i have to go around to take the elavator!

| The lobby and rooms smelled musty. The "non-smoking" room smelled of smoke. The hotel was a "low end" business hotel.
