| Hotel was very nice (glass elevators and waterfall) and exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend this hotel if your in the area. A couple of minor complaints - the pool was small and the hot tub was very crowded (busy weekend). Also was not expecting such a large deposit needed at check in for the 2 rooms - which took nearly a week to be credited to my account.

| Quick one night stay. The rooms were clean and check in was trouble free. The morning front desk staff was a little weak in knowledge on some basic questions we had. Also, he maintained a cell phone conversation while trying to deal with us... distracting for all involved and kind of rude. All in all - no suprises. Clean and trouble free
