| We booked here after having had breakfast with a friend in another Shilo Hotel in Richland, WA a week before; The Spokane hotel was not nearly as nice. It was run-down. There was a bag of trash and a folding bed left in the hall outside our room. We arrived at about 8:30 PM and asked for recommendations for dinner. The clerk did not mention the restaurant on the hotel's 5th floor(!)--we didn't get very good directions for anything else. They did have wireless internet which worked well. There was a complimentary hot breakfast (eggs & bacon) the next morning in the 5th floor restaurant--but they charged you for the coffee. There was a wall-mounted airconditioning/heating unit. The night was hot and we had the unit set to a higher cooling setting. The air conditioner developed the odor of hot insulation during the night. I turned it to lower cool which rectified this problem and we sweated a bit more. We would not stay here again.

| The hotel is not easy to find, nor is it centrally located to Riverfront Park. Front desk staff is helpul. The hotel is older and is in need of remodelling. The room was clean. The pool was indoor and very steamy and stuffy in the pool room if you weren't in the pool. The pool was refreshing and the spa was nice. Didn't use the weight room. Snacks were offered, which were great for the kids. Cookies, popcorn, and fresh fruit as well as complimnentary coffee. The room had a microwave and small refrigerator which was nice to have. Personally, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again due to the pool room and the hotel room. It was just o.k.

| This hotel needs remodeling. It has a 1970's design and it smells when you walk in the stairways. The rooms have low ceilings. They have keys in stead of cards for entry. They offer free cookies and fruit but unfortunately they charge a hefty $1.50 for bottled water. It's location is at least one mile from downtown as well, so you can't walk to restaurants, shopping or parks. The good thing is that they do take pets and they offer a free breakfast, while not excellent in quality it as least edible. Unfortunately this free breakfast doesnt include beverages. You pay 2.50 for a glass of OJ, you pay for coffee. It's tacky to charge for drinks and then promote the fact that you have a free breakfast, especially at the rates they charge.

| Hotel could use a little re-modeling but enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others. Good breakfast and nice sized pool/spa. Easy to get to downtown & interstate.

| We stayed at the hotel because it's all-inclusive. It has a restaurant/bar, a free breakfast, and a pool, spa, and steam room. It was a great place for the cost and we had a good time. The rooms weren't big, but adequate and the tolietries were good quality.

| Staff was friendly, the complimentary breakfast was better than adequate, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The condition of the hotel was a little shabby but clean. Not super accessible to downtown by foot but close by car.

| Close to I-90, the main highway through Spokane. Freebies - popcorn & apples. Pleasant staff, very helpful. Pool has a hot tub. Dog friendly. Only complaint was no hot lunches inside hotel available, but plenty of other restaurants nearby.

| Although it is in a more industrial part of Spokane, I was more than pleasantly surprised that it was beautifully furnished and the desk lady was so helpful. Had all of the amenities of much more expensive places I have stayed. All of my needs were met. Plus a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel.
