| Hotel looks nice from outside. Desk clerk and staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were rough. Mildew and mold in carpet and bathrooms. Broken table and holes with rough patch jobs.

| The hotel staff was pleasant, and the free, contintental breakfast was edible. Yes, there was mold on the bathroom shower curtain, but there's mold in my bathroom, too. There aren't any hotels in Jacksonville NC rated above 2 stars so this may be as good as it gets.

| The hotel as a whole was fine for the price, but my experience was bad. My room was next to the laundry room and the dryer made a lot of noise at night while I was trying to sleep. There was also a lot of banging around that I assume was people working in there. My room was 158.

| When I pulled in I thought the hotel would be noisy as there were a few people hanging out on the balconies and around. But by 9 pm it was quiet and no problems with noise whatsoever. The room was clean and comfortable.

| I was not impressed with this Days Inn. The room was just ok. It was rather noise and the room itself was dark and not in the best of maintenance. I would not recommend. I stay every 6 to eight months in the area when my son comes home from deployment or goes on deployment and this was one I will not go back to.
