| Average describes just about everything at the hotel. Not bad, not great. Internet access was readily available via two PCs in the lobby. They offer no privacy while using the PCs, so be careful when entering passwords. There is no login required to use them; you don't need to get permission from hotel desk. Staff was friendly and grounds were clean. Room was average size. Shower had curtain (I always prefer a door). No hair dryer or coffeemaker. Bathroom designed for midgets - shower head is at chest-level and toilet is round (not elongated) making it difficult for adults to use comfortably. TV was good quality 27", and all channels came in clearly. Alarm clock radio is nice quality and worked perfectly. Bed was firm and each of the three pillows were of different firmness. Air conditioning is a large box near the window. Noise will help to drown out external sounds. Air unit worked very well. No TV express checkout, but checkout took less than 1 minute because it was prepaid with Expedia. Hotel has three "wings" in a horseshoe shape. Each building has 2 levels. Hotel is located near airport....it is noisy. If you get an even numbered room you overlook a busy road with noisy trucks. If you get an odd numbered room you overlook the pool, which can be very noisy late into the night. Good economy hotel, suited best for one or two night stays. Would not be comfortable for extended stays or for families.

| I recommend the courtesy of the staff, but encourage guests not to stay here on a warm summer night. Here's why: We recently stayed at this hotel in late July. Upon arrival, the temperature of our room was 84 degrees, according to the thermostat. The air conditioning system was on, but was clearly not working well. The front desk told us that the system was old and since the hotel was full, the system could not keep up. Upon 'waking', the room had cooled to 81 degrees. Upon checking out, the manager was courteous but did not refund the cost of our restless stay. She did compensate us with free breakfast, which was welcome but perhaps not sufficient.

| We got there and the pool was drained, the hot tub looked as if it hadn't been touched in months and the carpets were so dirty that our socks turned black from walking in the rooms without shoes.

| Shuttle service to and from Airport was very efficient. When available the shuttle will take you down town, which is not to far. Jogging out side is nice around the state fair park (3 blocks east). The windows in the rooms are not made to be opened. Breakfast not included.

| Hotel is a nice place to stay. We went with kids and wanted a pool so they could play in the evenings. When called the front desk I was told nothing more than hmmmm.....the pool......yeah it doesn't have any water in it.......are you going to fill it I asked......hmmm I don't think so they replied. Other than that the rooms are clean and fairly comfortable and the rest of the staff was very nice and pleasant.
