This hotel is good enough for the price but of course don't expect it to be a five star hotel for the price that you paid for. The only thing that they must improve on is their customer service on families with kids (don't be too strict because kids are kids and they wan't to have fun too).

Hotel is on the lagoon side, and is next to the very loud disco techs. You can spend the same amount of money and stay on the beach side with a great view of the ocean. This is a five story hotel without elevators

We like the Casino but for our room it was suppose to be non smoking and it smelled so bad of old ash trays. No coffee pots or room service. The water pressure wash so bad it took me 15min just to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Although I had to call for more towels, pillows and a blanket they did bring it right away and the staff was very nice.

We came across on the restrictions when using the swimming pool and arcade rooms. This area was not published and cause us a discomfort and did not have the opportunity to enjoy gambling while my kids enjoyed swimming at the pool. We also notice other vistors that had the same problem. The hotel receptionist should also advice and encourage visitors to get a game card or even issue them out at the time they sign in at the hotel. I wasted a one day without a game card and lost game points.
