This hotel is "just OK". It was clean, but there was something about it that made me a little bit uncomfortable. I have to say, the center courtyard was really beautiful. If I had children and I was on a budget, it would be a good place to stay. Nice pool, kept at about 80 degrees. A little more than continental breakfast - but watch the bread. It was moldy, and when we pointed it out to the woman in charge, she didn't even apologize. Kind of a wierd place.

This hotel was so wonderful. The suites were beautiful and the service was superb. This is a great place for a family vacation. This is also a great alternative to the very small (very! small) rooms you get in San Fran for the same price.

We were shocked when we got to our suite. We had requested (and paid for) a studio suite. Having never stayed in any suite, I was shocked at the size of the suite. They gave us a one-bedroom. It was huge, spacious and comfortable. This place is definitely NOT swank or super fancy. It IS very comfortable. My only real complaint was the ceilings/walls seemed pretty thin, and we could hear our upstairs neighbor clomping around pretty clearly. But again, very like apartment living.

This is a great place with spacious room/suites and the most variety in a continental breakfast that I've seen. Very comfortable suites for a family.

I was traveling with my father, my sister and her 2 kids. While the hotel was not quite stellar, the staff was extremely accomodating and the space was a greate benefit. Basically the hotel was an older apartment building that had been turned into a "hotel." our "room" had a full kitchen, bathroom and livingroom, as well as 2 bedrooms; one with a queensize bed, and the other with 2 double beds. The pull-out couch in the livingroom was worn and needed to be replaced, some of the door knobs stuck, but overall a nice place to stay with so many people.
