The Westin has a basic 24-hour fitness center with elliptical trainers, exercise bikes and Nautilus equipment. The Lower Scioto Multi-Use Trail, an asphalt trail along the Scioto River, is three blocks away, and a good spot for walking, running, or biking. The recreational activities listed below are available near the hotel; fees may apply.

Features
What to expect: The soaring lobby is designed in the European style, with Corinthian pilasters and a three-story atrium. The hotel’s stained glass-windowed ballroom is a popular wedding venue, and wedding guests comprise much of its weekend clientele. During the week, business and leisure travelers fill the hotel.
Amenity highlights: The city’s beautifully restored Southern Theater, home to the Columbus Jazz Orchestra and Columbus Light Opera, is a part of the original building and can be accessed through the hotel’s lobby. Thurber’s Library Bar, adjacent to the lobby, houses art prints created by former hotel resident James Thurber, author, cartoonist, and humorist. Guests receive complimentary access to the hotel’s 24-hour business center, which includes fax/copy machines and two computers with high-speed Internet access. Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access is available in the hotel’s public areas.
Insider tip: The Clarmont, a 1947 landmark restaurant with superb steaks at bargain prices, is a pleasant 10-minute stroll south of the hotel down High Street.
Theatre Cafe - Open from late morning to early evening, the Theatre Café offers fusion cuisine for lunch and dinner, and a traditional buffet breakfast (with an à la carte option) every morning. Thurber’s Library Bar - Open afternoons and evenings. Located adjacent to the lobby, this bar offers Continental tapas-style dishes in a contemporary setting.

| This Westin wasn't the nicest one I have been to but overall it was enjoyable. The rooms were very small and a little out of date.

| The Westin Hotel in Columbus is one of the finest I have ever stayed in. The room was clean, fresh, and a welcome place to lay my head. The bed "WAS" heavenly! and I slept so well, it is hard to get up. Additionally, the quality of the bath products and towels far exceeded expectations. I chose the Westin Columbus over other hotels because the Westin Hotels are consistentley superior. Thank you, as always, for a wonderful hotel experience. I will stay at a Westin before any other hotel, because quality counts and Westin provides it!

| The bathroom didn't have a working cold water nob. There was no hand soap nor enough lighting. This should have been already taken care of before I arrived. Quite a disappointment after a long flight. Otherwise, the customer service was great not to mention the food. Had a great night sleep on the Heavenly Bed and enjoyed the shower. Not bad, just wish I had working cold water and soap upon my arrival.

| The hotel was nice and I was satisfied. The only thing that bugged me was that they charged 20 dollars for parking in Columbus. Totally uncalled for and mercenary. Otherwise things were good.

| Rooms were very small, cramped. Paint pealing on the ceiling in the bathroom. The paint didn't bother me too much but I can't stress enough how small the room was. Not what you would expect from a Westin hotel.

| Old, ceiling plaster fell down while we were sleeping. Internet beyond slow, almost un-usable. Can hear every noise from the hall. No soda machines that worked.$1.84 for can of pop. Staff however, was great.
