| The rooms in this hotel were extremely pleasing. We had no reason to call the front desk, everything we needed was already in the room, including a listing for local cab companies.

| We were really impressed with the beautiful white duvet. It was very soft and made the bed look wonderful. The furniture was in great condition. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. The staff, not just the front desk but also the breakfast servers, made us feel great as we celebrated our graduation weekend. They were very welcoming and helpful in suggesting restaurants, sights to see, as well as finding transportation. The hotel was not downtown in the middle of our festivities, but the service made up for any transportation costs.

| Only thing about the Hotel that was not grade "A". The parking. There were only 6 spots next to an exit, the rest were all at the back of the premise.

| When I was driving to the hotel, my route as defined by Map Quest was blocked due to a parade in downtown Phoenix (Fiesta Bowl). I called the hotel and a staff member guided me in. The staff was also very helpful with directions. The staff was very polite and accomodating.
