| The rooms are wonderful, the view is great, the breakfast goodies are delicious and you get that warm fuzzy feeling when you arrive. It's great for business trips or personal. I just love it.

| As we drove up to the hotel, we all exclaimed at how sweet it looked! Rooms were very comfortable, sea view to die for, many thoughtful touches to help you feel at home (eg binoculars in the room to watch for whales etc!). Best breakfast of our trip - and included in the price, so great value. Wished we'd booked for 2 nights instead of just a stopover.....

| The chap at the front desk was very nice. He was kind enough to give us a room on the 2nd floor facing the ocean. I would highly recommend this kind of room. Everything was neat and clean in the room and the hotel is rather quaint. My only complaint was that the ceiling fan wasn't working. However, given the fact that it gets chilly at night, it wasn't much of a problem.

| Our trip started in LA and ended in San Fran. We spent one night in Pismo, but wished we had spent at least two. Even without the ocean view, the hotel was comfortable. Unfortunately, our fireplace did not work, which was a disappointment.

| We had a superb room on the second floor (top floor - but we had to insist on it at the reception desk!). Romantic room decor, gas fireplace and high ceiling. Very clean. We even extended our stay for one more night. Try to book a room on the 2nd (top) floor. I think they have more ceiling height (making them feel roomier) than the ones below them.

| Rooms are quite large. It was a quick walk to the beach and pool. Very close to attractions in San Luis Obispo to the north and Pismo and Grover Beach to the south.

| Ask for the rooms with the ocean view. Rooms without view near highway are way too noisy.
