| The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. I parked my car on their lot for 4 days, which was incredibly convenient. The shuttle drivers were also excellent. It's the way to go, especially for as early a flight as I had booked.

| This hotel is great for families returning to Denver before a flight home or needing a place to stay before heading out to the mountains, etc. The front desk sells microwaveable food suitable for dinner which really helped when we were tired of going out to dinner with the kids!

| Beds were great and the service excellent, so the small problem with the stopper to the tub not releasing after a bath seemed very minor. We weren't there long enough to mind, and managed to fix it ourselves. Microwave and fridge in room very convenient, and hotel very geared for airport guests. The small pool was popular for several families with children, I noticed.

| Only thing wrong with this hotel was that they didn't have a "guest book" in the room. Everytime we wanted to know where an ice machine was, we had to call the front desk; same for exercise room, breakfast hours, and pool hours. When I asked front desk personnel for a replacement book (assuming someone had taken ours from the room), they said they "think we're working on a new one" but said they don't put them in the rooms. Otherwise, very comfortable rooms, helpful desk folks, very clean, etc., etc.

| The staff was very efficient upon check-in with getting us checked-in, signed up for the park-n-fly and shuttle service. They were friendly and helpful. Upon our return the shuttle service was efficient and promptly picked us up at the airport. Also, we chose to stay another night and they gladly gave us a comparable rate to what expedia offered. We would definitely stay there again!

| The's hotel's accommodations were satisfactory, but the employees were extraordinary. During my stay, the city's transit workers went on strike; the desk person called me a cab. When I asked about area restaurants, another desk person not only told me of the three closest restaurants but also gave me the menus of two that delivered. When I asked for change in order to buy Advil from the vending machine, I was given free Advil from a bottle kept by the desk staff. Each morning I was greeted by a cheery "good morning" when I came through the lobby. When I checked out, the woman remembered my room number and name.
