Features
What to expect: The hotel attracts sophisticated vacationers and business travelers who appreciate its understated elegance and proximity to downtown hot spots. The lobby features two sitting areas, a fireplace, and walls lined with theatrical costumes and black-and-white photos from performances held across the street at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Amenity highlights: Dining choices include the casual restaurant PRIMA and fine dining at Restaurant Kevin Taylor, featuring French-inspired fare and an extensive wine list. Other perks include “5 Paw Service” for pets, local use of the hotel’s Range Rover, 24-hour room service, and a 24-hour fitness center. Insider tip: The Denver Performing Arts Complex, which inspired the hotel’s name (“teatro” is Italian for “theater”), covers four square blocks and has nine theaters seating 10,000-plus people. Everything from opera, symphony, and ballet to touring Broadway shows and a Tony Award-winning regional theater is offered.
PRIMA - Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at this casual bistro, which features sandstone floors, 18-foot ceilings, walls of windows on two sides, elegant banquettes surrounding an ornate cherry wood bar with 16 stools, and a second-story mezzanine for private parties. The restaurant, which features American cuisine, is popular with locals for afternoon tea, business lunches, pre-theater dinners, and post-show drinks. Restaurant Kevin Taylor - Alabaster chandeliers, Versailles mirrors, original artwork, striped-silk brocade furnishings, and signature dinnerware are among the highlights of this formal restaurant, which features French-inspired contemporary American cuisine and a 900-bottle wine cellar.

| Second visit to Hotel Teatro and it was absolutely wonderful. great service...my wife and I stayed in a corner suite and enjoyed a perfect view of downtown. The room was spacious and beautiful. The bathroom was everything my wife could dream of in terms of size and comfort (I loved the flatscreen inside the bathroom)

| Hotel reminded me of a Kimpton -- lots of character, great toiletries (Aveda), very attentive service. Restaurant for a brief business meeting was quite convenient and good as well.

| We were just a block from a great night out on Larimer Street, had a luxurious room at the hotel, and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast on the sidewalk at the bistro.

| This hotel has all the bases covered. From the location, to the ammenities, and the service. They offer everything you need to never leave the room if you like. The room could be a little bigger for a suite, but the all glass rainforest shower and mutiple mirrors helped. Highly recommend!

| This place was very nicely done, small rooms as people say but very well decorated. The rainforest shower was great. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I'd go back any time!

| I was impressed with the front desk staff and doormen but my clean room was very small and I only had a great view of the alley below. Maybe I just got a bad room. If I was traveling with my wife, we would have had to changed rooms.

| Warm, friendly, intimate hotel. There are two restaurants...one a bistro type place...casual and airy...and the food, though simple is quite good. The other, a formal restaurant, is a lovely room, but the food is very expensive and not worth it. Rooms...quite good...and homey..... I recommend completely with the exception of the fancy restaurant...save your money!
