Located midway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, this five-story hotel is one block from Loehman's Fashion Island and two blocks from Aventura Mall. Running and cycling paths are a quarter of a mile from the hotel, and numerous beach activities are two miles away. On site are a fitness room and indoor spa tub, as well as a year-round outdoor swimming pool and patio area. A lobby level restaurant serves buffet breakfasts daily and a cocktail bar is open every night except Sunday. Two meeting rooms are available and banquets can be accommodated. Parking is free.

Among the numerous area golf courses is Greynolds, which is one mile from the hotel and open to the public. | This hotel is tired and the rooms need to be kept up. The plumbing is coming off the wall in the bathroom and the sink only has hot water. The cold has been shut off. TV speakers were not functional.

| This hotel was very very clean and in a great location to many restrauants, shopping and the beach. I would highly reccomend this hotel. Also the hotel staff was very friendly. You get a freee newspaper every day, coffee whenever and free use of the computers..It was a great choice for a hotel.

| Located within a mile of all the favourite shops at Aventura Mall, large Target store, Best Buy, etc, so a perfect base for a shopping trip. Have stayed there many times now and hotel is fine, though service has been a 5 out of 10 on most occasions. No frills, but I guess it's geared towards business guests. Hasn't stopped us from returning. Breakfast buffet is always great.

| A few friends and I stayed 3 nights- Thu., Fri., and Sat. celebrating a birthday. We were impressed the moment we walked in. We especially liked the breakfast selection and the food kept coming. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Miami so the location was fine. Rooms and the rest of the premises were well kept. I would definately come back!
