| We stayed here for about half of our honeymoon in Chile and it was very very nice. We stayed on the Club Level, so there was free breakfast every morning and a cocktail hour with salmon and beef every evening. There are good restaurants in the hotel, including a sushi place and a Thai place, both pretty good. We also visited the bar/lounge and enjoyed ourselves. There was live music. We had fun in the spa too (the gym is free but tennis racquet rental was extra, as were spa treatments). The outdoor pool is really gorgeous but it was too chilly to swim. Beware the laundry service: really expensive. Lots of nice extras - my wife had our birthday and they left cake and champagne in our room. Room was made up practically every time we stepped out for an hour or so. The concierges were great, totally took care of us, but note that some services were extra, like a car service we took to the suburbs one evening, pretty expensive. Gorgeous building, great view of the mountains, awesome atrium. Within walking distance of a major mall; about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station, which was a bit of a pain. Easy to get a cab nearby. Hotel gift shop a bit disappointing and pricey.
