| It is an economic hotel, but is clean, it is good located close to Universal and Island of Adventure, it has in the same parking drugstore and two restaurants, the breakfast is included and it is ok. I have visited Orlando more than 10 times and I stayed in different hotels, and this one is good.

| My son and I went to Universal Orland June 2006 and this hotel was the perfect place to stay not far from the park, near the bus stop and I-Ride trolley. Near great reasonable restaurants that were in walking distance. I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Universal Inn the staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet, clean and maintained. When we arrived the pool was under its routine inspection to assure the pool was up to standards and shortly after the inspection we were able to take a nice swim in a clean pool. The rooms were nice and spacious, the bathroom was very neat and clean. The room had a fresh smell to it at all times. Traveling alone a single mother, I felt safe at this location and this was a major concern of mine to be in a nice clean safe hotel for the four nights that my son and I would be in Orlando. I would recommend this hotel to others; I my self would also stay again. I choose this hotel based off of reviews and I hope you will also consider them.

| When you see the hotel you think, small...but we were very impressed how big the rooms were. Nice welcome package in room, including Advil, Different Skin Loations. If you are going to go to Universal Orlando this is so close to the park, and very comfortable. Unlike staying on I-Drive, and dealing with the stop and go traffic.

| I didn't want my son laying on the bedspread cuz VERY dirty-never gets washed. So I pulled back the spread to expose the sheets. Right there in the middle of the sheet was a clump of reddish-brown hair- ICK! Changed both beds immediately. It gets better. We went to bed at 10pm. At 11pm I hear loud talking in the hallway. I opened my door, suprised to see the hotel maint. man and the front desk girl right outside my door. He was leaning up against the wall in between two room doors across the hall and she was facing him with her back directly in front of my door. They both stopped and looked at me like I was interrupting them. I asked them if they move their conversation down the hall her snooty reply (the front desk clerk)was "YOU NEED TO CLOSE YOUR DOOR"!!!.... What?...I was shocked by her response!...I said "my door WAS CLOSED"! She shot me a dirty look and without apologies walked down the hall. If I hadn't hadn't been half asleep I would have packed my begs right then and there and left! Errrrrrr...Plus when we first got to our room that afternoon it smelled very bad, like it hadn't been used in years and they had kept it sealed up. Which brings me to, our window WAS sealed shut so we couldn't open it. Finally the maintenance man pried it open. The breakfast in the morning didn't have orange juice...IN FLORIDA! Id rather stay with Tom Bodett.
