| The room was clean, they gave me a choice of where I wanted my room, check in was very fast and easy, the room(suites) were spacious, and it was quiet ... the waffle maker took a while to heat up at the complimentary breakfast (my only complaint) ... great spot for the value. I would go back ... 5 minutes from the Dome/Arena/Downtown/Zoo.

| It appears that there was a serious problem with the fire alarm system and as a result a false alarm was sounded and the condition continued thru the following morning....a very unnerving experience...No explanation from staff.....

| Room was sparkling clean, very comfortable - quiet, everything worked, etc.. No problems at all. Nice breakfast availible in lobby restaurant. Very convenient for business travel. Located near a major shopping mall.

| I travelled to this hotel with two teens. We were able to share a wonderfully spacious room that had everything we wanted. We found the hotel clean, quiet and convenient to both the airport and a major highway with no outside noise to keep us awake. the FREE wifi was great, (see two teens above) just not very strong on the outside edge rooms of the hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially ythe weekend staff!!! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

| Our room was not cleaned for two days. After the first time, I reported it to the night desk clerk who made note of it. As I left the hotel the next day, I stopped by the desk to let them know my room could be cleaned now. It did not get cleaned. After talking with the manager the next day, he said I would not be charged for one night's stay. However, when I checked out the next day, credit had not be given. I now understand why the staff has such poor follow through. The example is set from the top down.

| I needed a place for myself, my wife and our two small children (& dog) to stop on our way to Chicago. The Amerisuites turned out to be the perfect choice. Our suite was roomy and included a kitchen, the pool was clean and secure, and the complimentary breakfast included "make your own" waffles. The staff seemed eager to help and pleasant and the entire facility that we saw was spotless. Even the maids were friendly. We will definitley make this our regular stopover spot on our way to visit family in Chicago from now on.

| Exterior looks newer than the actual room condition. Probably could use a remodel in a few years. Overall close to Airport and inexpensive.

| The room is nice with microwave and refrigerator. It is across the street from one of those gas stations with large selection of foods, most design to increase your cholestesol. Near airport but rooms are quiet
