| They never cleaned our room during our stay. We had to request replacement towels for our room. Not very impressed. The room setup was awkward. The TV could not be viewed from both the bed and sitting room at the same time, and never if you were sitting at the desk.

| Very clean, 6-story hotel on 7 Mile and Haggerty. Room was very clean and comfortable for our stay during the Christmas holiday. Sitting area and kitchenette made for spacious accommodations. Complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very clean, organized and delicious. Close to several shopping areas/malls and only 20 minutes from DTW airport.

| This was a great value for the money. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Beware...the walls are a little thin. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay.

| Needs a higher degree of maintenance. The TV set remote control wasn't working pproperly and the hotel maintenance person couldn't fix it. The refrigerator didn't cool properly. Also, the faucet at the sink leaked and needed repair

| This Hotel is a great value. It is clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly and courteous. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was a bonus to get a mini refridgerator and microwave in the suite. I feel I definitely got my money worth. Only drawback was the room could be better soundproofed.

| Run of the mill 2-star hotel. Clean. Smaller sized suite but more comfortable than a standard room. Had an issue with sound-proofing of the door...able to hear people as they walked or talked in the hallway.

| The staaf went above and beyond my expectations. I required very little from them during my stay, but the things I did need they were very very helpful. I will be staying with them again over the next two months.
