| The lobby, exterior, and drive ways are seedy at best. The rooms have been redone and are nice. The room I had however, the carpet was not vacuumed and had white power or foam from the last guest. Good location near the Rivera and the Stardust.

| It doesn't look good at first because the lobby/office is a seperate building but then when you reach the building with the rooms, its much better. The rooms are new, very clean & comfortable. The staff is helpful and your privacy is well kept. Only things I could complain about this place is it takes awhile to get hot water. Other than that, this place is cheap and convenient.

| The main entrance isn't that great...the hotel registration office is loacated in an old building and the motel rooms are located in a new building at the back...room was very clean...if you are looking for a cheap and clean place to stay very close to the strip, I would recommend this...

| great place for conventions at LVCC.Less than 5 minute walk from LVCCIF you have a trade show or convention, and you don;t care about deluxe amentities or room service, this is a great place to lay your head at night.

| Expected more for a location near the Strip in Vegas. Has to wait for 5 minutes of running water before getting hot water. No food served and staff unable to recommend any restarant or place to eat.

| This hotel is within walking distance (albeit a longer walk but not as far as walking to the strip from the convention center).At first glance this place looks bad, but they are refurbishing it and the room I was staying in was brand new. This is a great location for getting around Vegas when you are there on business. No casino, no restaurant and no long walks trying to get to the parking ramp.

| If you want flashy Las Vegas style this is not the place to go. If you just want a clean bed to lay your head down then I recommend this hotel. It's not far from the strip and close to the new want to see places. Parking is plentiful, however close quarters. The hotel does not have any machines so it is pretty quiet and for a one night stay the price was high enough yet affordable.

| One problem is that they have no extra razors or toothbrushes in case you forget them. Otherwise a clean hotel.
