| The air conditioner didn't blow out cold air, the room was warm. The TV didn't work that well you got like two good channels in the room. By the way if you want to take advantage of the continental breakfast you have to go in to the lobby before 9 a.m. It's an okay hotel if you are just sleeping there, but too expensive for that!

| We chose this hotel as a place that looked to be in a safe neighborhood, which it was, as far as we could tell. The rate was reasonable and it was close to freeway access.

| Way out west, but easy freeway access helps, both to downtown and the east valley but also up the 101 to Peoria area. A nice value for the money.

| I had requested non-smoking, but the none smoking section of the motel was closed. I had a confirmed reservation. The room was dirty. The general area had vagrants outside. It was an experience I would not recommend. I had my daughter with me and she had difficulty sleeping because of the poor condidtions and the vagrants outside.I will never stay at this chain again.
