| There is no way that this hotel is a three-star hotel. It was dirty and rundown. I was tempted to check out and stay somewhere else, but I had already paid for the room.

| The Regency was a dissapointment in every respect. It's in old, worn-out condition everywhere you look. My room key sometimes didn't work at the room and never worked at the exterior staiway. The room had a malfunctioning lamp and a torn, moldy shower curtain. The towels smelled and felt like the ones from my high school gym. I started to make coffee until I realized they hadn't even bothered to provide cream or sugar. The staff was consistantly indifferent and mostly unkempt. They are certainly overpriced for what you get.
