Features
What to expect: A large, ornately beaded art-pig and a fireplace with a small seating area greet guests in the lobby of this seven-story Lake Union hotel, which draws new and repeat guests who are traveling for business or leisure. The third-floor atrium lobby offers views of the lake, sofas, and an outdoor patio.
Amenity highlights: This smoke-free hotel is appropriate for business travelers, but the hotel has an emphasis on relaxation too, with a 24-hour fitness center and large indoor pool with a spa tub off the lobby. In warm weather, hotel guests can use the heated outdoor pool (with its own spa tub) on the third floor. The hotel’s Continental breakfast and Tuesday evening beer-and-wine reception are complimentary.
Insider tip: The hotel is across the street from Lake Union, which is ringed by two dozen restaurants, many with waterside and patio seating. The lake is home to the Wooden Boat Center, a hands-on museum that rents vintage rowboats and sailboats. Floatplanes land on and take off from the lake, and some are available for tours.
A complimentary Continental breakfast is served each morning. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but several dining options within the surrounding area are within walking distance. Nearby restaurants: Chandler’s Crabhouse Daniel’s Broiler I Love Sushi

| Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Their shuttle service is wonderful for getting around town easily and quickly. Breakfast is typical (cereal, hard boiled eggs, cheese, bagels, pastries, waffles) and served in a very nice water view lobby. We would definitely return to this one.

| I don't stay in a lot of nice hotels so I am not sure if the price is in accordance with the room. Either way, however, it is very nice, with a lovely view overlooking the lake in the dining area--a great thing to take in as you are enjoying your free breakfast. It is a bit of a distance from downtown, but not too bad to walk to if you have the time.

| The staff are very helpful. They offer free shuttle to local attrations and will drop you off and pick you up if you would like to go other places for dinner. Great "living room" area with TVs if you prefer that to sitting in your room at night

| This hotel was very clean, the service was very helpful in answering the many questions that we had about the area, and the free shuttle service was convienient and comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay and can't wait to go back the next time we are there. The view from our room was beautiful and we couldn't expect any more from a smaller hotel property. All in all GREAT!

| This hotel really turned out to be a good choice. I had read other reviews and that is why we chose it...plus it was close to where we wanted to be. We got a room (737) overlooking the lake and it was an awesome view. We had great beds, very comfortable, pillows were good also. There is a nice view deck that you can go down and sip wine if you bring it and rooms have frig to keep things cool. The breakfasts were good and the belgium waffles were delicious, except you have to make them yourself (easy). Enjoy great views while you eat. Free internet access also. Staff was super nice and let us check out late. Walk out the front to nice shoreline walks and good restaurants. We will definately go back. Good value!

| This is a great place to stay, especially if traveling with children. Our room was very nice and spacious; our view of the lake was wonderful. The pools (both indoors and out) provide a great diversion. And the breakfast buffet was also quite nice. The location is very central- in the heart of it all. We would definitely stay there again.
