| The Hotel was great. Close to everything. The a/c in our room didn't work, we tried everything to get it to work, but it never did, at least there was a window we could open and let some air in. Everything else was great the hotel staff was extremely helpful and egar to help at anytime.

| The hotel exceeded my expectations. We reserved a queen size bed but received a king size when requested without hesitation. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful when needing recommendations and directions.

| The only negative was the bed had a slight hammock affect with two of us in it. Other than that, great location and service. Bathtub was heavenly. There is a small, little known terrace open to any guest on the seventh floor. Fun for a glass of wine in the evening before heading out. Fun to sit in the hotel bar and feel like you are watching an IMAX event for live Boston w/ Fanieul Hall across the street. Walk to the North End....try a little restaurant called Monica's off the beaten Hanover Street trail on Prince Street. Think you'll like it. All in all, a good experience. Just check your bed before getting settled.

| The only thing good about the hotel is the location. You are near Faneuil Hall, wharf and public transportation. I thought the room was dreary, dirty and uncomfortable.

| This was a fabulous find! The hotel is literally across the street from Quincy Market & Fanuel Hall. Union Bay Oyster House is around the corner. Not too far to walk to the Theater District, Commons, State House & Beacon Hill. Hotel staff was very friendly, hotel was in very good condition. The room had an oversized tub & a very small balcony (had to request that & pay for but worth it. The best thing was the noise...or lack of it!! For being across the street from a busy area & on a main road it was amazing how you didn't hear anything in the room. This hotel was excellant (& I am very picky), we would recommend & stay there again.
