| We needed a hotel for a last-minute emergency visit up to New Hampshire. In the middle of the Tourist Season, with less than a week's notice, this hotel was available, and had a more-than-reasonable price. It was also extremely convenient to get to, being right off the highway, as well as close to a fine choice of restaurants, fast-food places (including a 24-hour Dunkin Donuts and a 24-hout drive-thru MacDonalds), and shopping. Although it was in the middle of a renovation, they were careful not to inconvenience the guests. About the only annoyance was the strong smell of industrial carpet cleaner, but that did not permeate into the room, once we clothed the door. The room itself was simple, clean, and comfortable. The adjustable shower head was a real treat after a long drive, although the bathtub itself was rather small. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, as well as a continental breakfast, with make-them-yourself fresh waffles. A 99 Restaurant was attached to it, with a Shell gas station right across the street. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, no-frills clean room, this is excellent. We'll be heading back up this way in October, and will try to book at this hotel again.

| We were not satisified with the hotel at all. They had college students there at the time we were staying and they were completly out of control. I was told by te manager that "we can't control what people do in the hotel". Well, I realize that the only thing they cared about wa the money, not their guests comfortable stay. I will never, ever, refer any one to this hotel.

| I would not go back. The check-in staff was not at all accomodating. They refused to check for available rooms prior to the rigid 3:00 PM Check in time. I asked for a Queen bed. I got two doubles. Although I asked for a non-smoking room and there were no ash trays visible, the room smelled of smoke.

| They had completed most of the renovations, so the hotel was much nicer than I had expected. The room was a little small, but was nice and the people were friendly.

| This looked like a decent place, but was not the cleanest one we've visited. The bathroom (specifically the toilet bowl) had not been cleaned very well, and the odor we identified as mold turned out to be smoke. My clothes reeked of smoke when I took them out of my bag at home.The continental breakfast, however, was a pleasant surprise. They even had waffle mix already measured in cups, so all we had to do was pour, flip, and wait for the bell. This was the highlight of our brief stay.
