| we Stayed at the Sheraton CO for 5 days, and it made our stay very comfortable. it's a small 3 floor hotel, the staff is kind, and although they don't operate as well as a big metropolitan area hotel, they do what they promise. and that's give you a great stay. the rooms are clean with gorgeous, huge , comfy beds. our bathroom had heated lights that warm up your bathroom while you shower ( it's on a timer, so safety is not compromised ). we came from new york city to Co sprngs to escape the big city and enjoys some peace and quiet of mountains. and we got exactly that. the staff in the hotel is what you would expect in a small town, very friendly and personal. overall, this was a great hotel, very close to everything ( and we traveled WITHOUT a car!!!!!). the rooms are great and even room service is yummy . so go ahead and enjoy your stay, we did.

| There are so many other places more accomodating to stay I came to find out. This place was miserable all the way around. The layout for one was exhausting with the room out on a "wing" far from parking and check in and food. Also hospitality was something to be desired. Management would not work with me on a cancelation because of a family emergency. Wanted to charge me the full amount of 3days instead of the 10hrs I actually stayed. So I had to haggle and argue and make 3 phone calls to management and Expedia etc. to get them to just chg me a cancelation fee. Would not go back nor recommend to anyone. Sorry.

| I arrived at the hotel at 10 AM and they gave me a room immediately. Nice hotel, good amenties, I particularly liked the free internet in the business center. The only downside was that I got a room without a view.

| We stayed 2 nights and were extremely satisfied with our room and the facilities. we enjoyed a relaxing dip in the hot tub after a big day of walking and really liked the breakfast buffet each morning. staff treated us like family. the only problem was that there is only one elevator and it is near the lobby. our room was really far away and getting our luggage up to our room meant walking a LONG way. it would have been nice if that desk clerk had told us that before we drove to the back side of the hotel. the other employees were super, so i wouldn't consider one person spoiling the bunch.

| The hotel is in need of updating and the room and bathroom layout not real good. I would stay there again if nothing else was available in this price range.
