| I loved my hotel stay at the Keio Plaza. I definitely recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent location in Shinjuku. Across the street is the Tokyo Metropolitan Govt Building where you can go up for free for a panaromic view of the whole city. Through the back side of the hotel, across the street is a wonderful strip of restaurants, bars, arcades, and shops. So much fun!!! We ate at Gyu-Kaku (Japanese barbeque) and a conveyor belt sushi place. Both really good!!! The subway, trains, and banks are over there too...as well as some great department stores. There is a ton to do in this area and it is safe to walk around even at odd hours. The staff speaks english which was a great relief. We booked our one day Tokyo tour, and our one day Mount Fuji/Hakone tour in the lobby and it was very easy. The tour is with an english speaking guide and they pick you up in the morning at the hotel. It is a good deal for all that you are getting. (Sunrise Tours) The hotel has tons of great amenities. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool, the gym, several of the restaurants, and the convience shop for midnight snacks in the hotel lower level. We greatly enjoyed our stay. This hotel is huge with two towers. Much to do even if you just stay in! Highly recommended.

| Location very convenient, center to shoppings, metros, and local diners. I went with my 19 years of son, he had a great time inside the hotel, (spacious lobby, restaurants with variety food) and outside, area is safe enough for him to wander around by himself at odd hours. There is a convenient store inside the hotel for any additional amenities, from socks to midnight snacks and from soda to sake. Staffs and house-keeping are great. Will definitely stay at this hotel 100%.

| I found the Keio Plaza in the Shinjuku ward of Tokyo to be very convenient to nearby shopping, and to businesses I needed to visit both in Shinjuku and Shibuya, and within a 7 minute walk to the train station (I ended up taking a taxi in July when I visited, due to heat and humidity). The staff speaks English fairly well, and the compllmentary High Speed Internet was a real plus for a business traveler like myself. I will stay here again when I'm in Tokyo.
