| I was not very happy with the state of the room when I opened my door. It was non-smoking, but reeked of smoke. I had two double beds, and both sets of sheets were covered with stains and they would not stay put on the mattress (no tight sheet). The pillows were flat and I had to pile all four to get comfortable. I was afraid to take my shoes off or sit on the bedspread. I had a fight with a huge bug on the curtain. The room looked like it was deteriorating right before my eyes. The whole place just needs some major upgrades to charge the rates they expect to get.

| We were told upon arrival to let the A/C "warm up" before putting it on full blast, otherwise it would blow out. We turned on the fan and ran it for 10 minutes before switching to A/C. We started it on low and ran it for 10 minutes then turned it to high. It never got cool. It blew out 75 degree air, and we sweated all night (it was 90 outside) as the room probably never got below 80. The carpets were badly in need of cleaning as our feet were black after 10 minutes of walking around in the room. The beds were comfortable. The tub needed new caulking. Everything else was in working order.
