| When I checked in, there were not really any issues, everything went smoothly since I booked with expedia. My stay was for two nights, after working all day and being drenched by tropical storm rains, I got back to the hotel and found that I couldn't get back in my room. They had locked me out. I went back to the front desk and told the clerk that I couldn't get in my room. She looked me up in the system, reprogrammed my card and handed it back. There was no apology! The next day I went to check out and discovered that since I booked through Expedia, they do not give receipts. This posed a problem since I needed a receipt for my company. Overall, the stay was ok. I would not have stayed here had I been able to book earlier. Would I go back, probably. The hotel itself was decent but the service needs attention.

| While my room was in reasonable condition, 3 other couples traveling with us compalined of urine smells on chairs. All the rooms had a pleasant smell at first but after being in the room for a few minutes we realized it was to mask the smoke smell in these "non smoking rooms". The continental breakfast variety was the best thing about this hotel if you could get past the "warden" who scolded you if you wanted to take anything back to your room. What difference does it make where you eat your breakfast or drink your coffee?
