| I made my reservation 2 days before my scheduled stay. I had a last minute trip that brought me up to Oregon on personal business. The hotel was affordable, had all the convenient amenities, and was nice and quiet. I was able to get my work done, have a very restful sleep in the comfortable beds, and all very conveniently. I would definetly recommend this hotel to someone else.

| Cost per night this hotel is overpriced. Don't even bother to try to eat in their restaurant/coffe shop. Service is terrible and wait staff unpleasant. Go to Elmer's just a few miles away. Magnetic card door keys don't work worth a darn.

| Beds were very comfortable. Stayed during a heat wave and air conditioning was very consistent unlike some hotels. Breakfast was good. Would recommend and we will stay here again.

| The restaurant food service people are less than average! One of the service people waited on my table grabed my toasts by her hand to see if butter was hidden under the toasts, when I requested one. The seats were dirty with sticky hands and foods crums! Eating at hotel was so bad that I went out for dinner elsewhere.

| I found the Hotel to be OK but it was difficult to get to. It is located on a one-way street and until I located a way out the back parking lot, it was hard to get in and out of. The housekeeper also forgot to restock my coffee supplies. While this was not a big thing, I still had to track down a housekeeper down to get coffee and then again to get sugar. Overall the Hotel is OK for the price, but shows signs of aging. If I were to stay in Medford again, I think I would look for a different place.

| Pretty nice, they were doing some remodeling so it was real noisy but have stayed there before, not easy to find but over all its a good place, room service and Pay movies are the key and they have both. Very Important features when you are on the road

| Very friendly staff - front desk, restaurant, housekeeping. Convenient location. Spacious and comfortable rooms. This is an older facility, but well-maintained. Spacious and open lobby and adjoining coffee shop - doesn't have the "cramped" feeling of many newer hotels/motels. Restaurant closes at 9:00, which seems a bit early, and room service is only available until 10:00.

| We stayed for 5 days while visiting an ill relative. The room was nice except it had a smell that was difficult to overpower with Febreeze and the like. It wasn't so offensive that we couldn't stay there but it was noticeable. The fitness room is excellent. The restaurant is over-priced.
