| We've stayed at this hotel 3 times expecting that the service received/problems encountered are a fluke. Never again will we stay there! Most of the staff pays little or no attention to detail (room service late, missing silverware, part of the order, etc), the walls are paper thin (wake up calls to the room next door that went unnoticed kept waking us up, anytime a door shuts it slams) shabby rooms (Sheraton needs to put some money into this place). We have never had a good stay at this hotel. Like I said - never again!
