| We happened to be in Oakland for a concert - and this place seemed close - which is why we rented a room here. The guy at check in was very friendly, he put us up in the newly remodelled wing and told us that there is a shuttle that can take us to and drop us off at the concert. After we got ready - we called the frontdesk that we were coming up there and we needed a shuttle to the Oakland Arena - when we walked up there the shuttle was waiting and ready to go, we got picked up after the concert just as quickly. The rooms are really nice with sliding glass doors that open into the balcony. We put a couple of chairs out there and hung out after the concert. View is not the greatest .. but it is okay. The ICE machine was in the other building .. but that wasn't too bad. Overall I would say it was a great experience and I would highly reccomend this Hotel - especially to those who need access to the BART or are going to the Oakland Arena / Colesium. They also

| Most importantly for me, Wifi access had a strong signal and was absolutely foolproof to set up. Further, if you want to print something, the business center is complimentary and open 24h -- I used it to print my boarding passes at 3am. The room was very clean and comfortable; the work desk was especially nice. The only problem IMHO is that part of the hotel is separate from the main building, so you have to walk through this poorly lit, creepy parking lot to get to your room from the lobby, and again if you want ice.

| This hotel was very attractive and clean. It is very convenient both to the highway and to the Oakland Airport. They provide shuttle service to the airport. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the bed. I found it to be very uncomfortable. I had a room for persons with disabilities and found it to be very well fitted for a person with disabilities.

| My group and I used the hotel shuttle system several times to go to and from the BART Station to get to San Francisco and Berkeley. The hotel provided outstanding transportation in this way. Parking was firt come first serve and that became difficult when events were hosted at the Plaza which included non-guests thus parking became extremely limited on those occasions. The parking lot is not secured and I recommend that you get a space as far back to the second building structure as you can (the hotel has a second building with rooms in it which is behindn the larger building you see on the website, it is only two floors and you must travel outside past the pool to get to and from you room if you stay there.) I would say that the Park Plaza Hotel was up to my standards and their customer service was outstanding, in short I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a somewhat low price hotel within reasonable proximity to the Airport and BART station.

| The hotel was great if you were taking in an Oakland A's/Raiders game. If you have time to sight see there is nothing in the area. It is in the airport district. We ate most of our meals at the hotel restuarant, great burgers. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to the stadium, and the BART system (subway to San Fransisco). The Front desk wasn't very helpful in the area of what to do while there. They just kept referring to the BART system. They do have many pamphlets on tours but everything is out of San Fran.

| I really felt as if I was staying at a higher end motel. The room furniture, bathroom, cleanliness, the carpet, and worst of all the smell when we walked into the room--was a mix between smokey and something we have yet to determine. The good things about this hotel was it's location (close to Oakland Coliseum), shuttle service (be careful at night), and the male desk clerk that had a great smile and was very helpful in finding a mexican restaurant nearby.

| The hotel is great for a quick trip on business or to go see the A's play. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The shuttle was good to the airport and my overall stay was great. The only drawback is the location of the hotel regarding night life... You have to travel to get to some fun places.
