| I travel quite a bit and this is a first rate hotel. I had my family with me and the hotel staff was very good. This hotel is very close to the Jacksonville Landings (restaurants and shops).

| Let's see...My plane was delayed and I didn't get to check in until 3am, but the two gentleman at the front desk were super helpful. I had a little trouble finding the floor (b/c they forgot to mention which floor my room was on.) But then again, I could have just been extremely tired. So, I'm not blaming them. When I got into the room I noticed that the bathtub was leaking...which is fine...nothings perfect...then I went to turn off the nightstand lamp...and noticed a bulb was missing and the thing was kind of broken...again..that's fine. No big deal...but the bed was cozy...and reminded me of home. So, I slept like a baby. So, all in all...I think it's a great hotel...good staff...(especially the maids and that bar stocker guy!) They helped me decide on which outfit to wear! Very helpful! With that being said...The Omni Hotel in Jaxsonville, FL is worth the money and the stay.

| Our last stay here was for a convention about 15 years ago. The Omni has had a major renovation since then which has not only provided a great decor but the staff has also been vastyly improved in performance. We were impressed.
