| I have stayed at this hotel about a dozen times over the past year and have found the staff very responsive and service to be excellent. If I need an extra pillow or directions to a restaurant they go above and beyond to be helpful and respond immediately. It's definitely a hotel where they pride themselves on service. They respond to problems right away, be it a burnt out light bulb or TV that doesn't work properly. I have never experienced an uncomfortable stay or a bad experience, and would recommend the hotel to anyone. It is also conveniently located by a major highway and several good restaurants, such as The Longhorn, Applebee's, Frank and Paulie's and a particularly good steakhouse, Harry's.
