| Found that the hotel was lacking basic amenities such as a hair dryer. Checking in was a long wait, and found someone else complaining about something in front of me. The front desk person was cordial and professional though. Shampoo was hard to find, there were packets. Internet access was not free (was from T-Mobile). Next door was convenient Tim Hortons for coffee. It was OK if you're on a budget without high expectations. I was on a budget, but expected a bit more.

| We were on a very tight schedule to make it to a wedding after driving all night. The hotel let us check in early so we could take a quick shower and change for the wedding. Then they let us have a late check out. Since we didn't get to bed until after 1am after the wedding reception, that let us catch up on our sleep before setting out again. We were very grateful.

| My family just needed a place to crash on our way through New York. I booked a room based on other reviews and I wasn't disappointed. It was perfect for what it is, a clean convenient place to sleep.

| The Red Roof Inn, Henrietta NY, was a very nice hotel for the price. It sits next to a 24 hour coffee house that serves breakfast sandiches and soups and salads at a reasonable price.

| This is a great motel. It is quiet, clean, and within a half block of McDonalds and another great doughnut/breakfast restaurant that is open 24 hours. A major shopping center is only a few miles away.
