| The hotel is always clean and the front desk is always courteous and helpful. The rooms offer a stunning view of Los Angeles at night. We stay at the Radisson whenever we are in L.A.It is a beautiful structure and the grounds are well maintained.

| There was a party on the floor I was on. Running thru the halls, slamming doors and knocking on my door.

| We came in around two o clock in the morning two of the receptionists are inside the room having fun not knowing we were there for a couple of minutes,we called them although not too friendly services. Early morning around seven o'clock somebody was consistently hammering loud the wall , not considering somebody was still sleeping. We were very tired needing a good rest and sleep. Perhaps a little attention to the management.

| Long lines to check in and hotel public spaces seemed in need of a scrub. Rooms had good AC and the sleep number bed is pretty good.

| Didn't expect much for a hotel so close to LAX but it surpassed our expectations. The overall condition of the hotel was very good and our room was comfortable. We ate in the lounge at the top of the hotel at 11PM and the appetizers were good. The hotel restaurant wasn't as good - breakfast service was slow (Sunday morning) and my coffee was lukewarm and I couldn't get a waiter's attention to bring me another cup. The only other negative is that I waited 45 minutes for the complimentary shuttle to pick up at the airport but none came by (and there was no way to call) so I had to pay $10+ for a 3 minute taxi ride to the hotel.

| Conveniently located next to LAX, and location makes it easy to access most parts of L.A. The beds are comfortable, but the restaurant, cafe and penthouse lounge are overpriced for the quality of their food (the food is good, but not worth the price). Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

| the hotel really sucks as they charge some significant amount per day for parking even for the hotel guests..just a mode to earn money even then you are not guaranteed ther space as most of the parking is used for airport parking... the room service comes only if you call 4-5 times...not more to say u can see strange looking ppl just sitting in the hotel lobby since it is quite near to the airport... no water facility in the hotel..bathrooms are really small..overall u will regret if u go by the name of the hotel..
