Cheapest hotel we could find in the area, and it was at least as good as more pricey hotels.

This hotel has nice amenities for traveling families. Kids love the pool that is indoors & outdoors, separated by windows. The hotel is much cleaner and brighter than it was 2 years ago. Computer access seemed to be readily available thru dial up, broadband cable or wireless; however, it did not work for me. The breakfast buffet streamlines the sometimes onerous process of getting the family up & out. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We were on a tight budget and, given how inexpensive this hotel was compared to others in the greater Boston area, I was prepared to sacrifice a bit on comfort and cleanliness...no need! Our rooms were clean, large, and extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was missing a table and you couldn't open the sliding doors to get any fresh air. The hotel was old and looked like it hadn't been remodeled in a long time. The staff was nice and allowed us to check in early without an extra charge and brought us a rollaway bed without an extra charge. It was difficult to find the hotel because it is off on a hill and it was difficult to get accurate directions. It was an average room and the breakfast was average. The kids liked the pool but there was no hottub. It's a toss up but I probably wouldn't stay at the hotel again. However, the rates were very economical compared to other hotels in the Boston area and if you are looking for a deal and don't mind an aveage place with a pool you might want to consider it.

Our intital room smelt damp and moldy. It turned out that the whole carpet near the bathroom ara was damp with a leak from the toilet or sink. The staff did not apper surprised when I complained about this, maybe they have known about it for a while. After the rooom was changed, however, things were better, the new room was ok.

I chose this property for the indoor heated pool, as well as the extensive continental breakfast. Having a child, the pool was a major part of choosing a hotel. Sad to say, the area my son was able to "play" in was approximately a 6 x 6. The shallow end went from 2 to 6 feet in the matter of a few steps, again only a few more feet wide. Once a couple of other small children entered the pool, there wasn't room for the kids to really play. As to the breakfast the toaster was working 50%, choices were not extensive as lead to believe. Overall, I would never go back.

I was searching for a 2*+ hotel near boston for a relaxing weekend with my girlfriend...took this one. It was rated a 2 1/2* on expedia so thought would be better than most hotels I have been to which were mostly 2*s ....The Hotel was disappointing to the least. We were not given a room with a King Bed as booked the night we arrived. The bathroom was very small and not well lit. When I opened the tap in the sink, muddy brown water started pouring suggesting that the room wasnt used for a while. There was no provision of water, so I would think the owneers expected the customers to use the same water for drinking. There was no exhaust in the bath!!!!. There was no closet for clothes...just few hangers. The coffee machine was dirty and old. The Iron was really old with the base fully turned brown...didnt dare to iron any of my clothes. I asked for a shaving cream since I had forgotten mine, it was not available...had to run to CVS to get one which was about 2 miles away. The breakfast was very mediocre. I have been to much better hotels and inns in the country which were less expensive and not rated as good... This one was probably the worst...worst part was it spoiled the charm of our stay. I think the Hotel needs to be pulled down in ratings and it needs a complete revamp. I would not recommend this to anyone, especially if you are going for leisure and would spend some significant time in the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have many amenities. I was pleased overall with my stay, and would return. The hotel may need a bit of updating in the decor, but it is nothing that would detract from ones overall visit to the hotel.
