| The location is great. Entrance a bit obscure and lobby is small but serviceable...more like boutique hotel. Room was spacious, clean, well appointed...same with bath.

| Nicely furnished rooms at a very fair price for midtown. Hints of the older hotel that they must have replaced poke through here and there but overall one has a sense of staying in a stylish modern hotel.

| The room was suppose to have a sleeper sofa, but did not. Curtains were almost falling off the windows. The size of the rooms were great, but it needs a little sprucing up.

| We were very impressed with all aspects of this hotel. We had reserved a one bedroom suite and when we arrived we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite with a balcony on the 26th floor. The room was gorgeous and incredibly spacious. The balcony wrapped around the entire room and had to be 150' long at least. Our room had been recently remodeled and some of our favorite features were the flat screen TV in the sitting area, nice hot shower with plenty of water pressure, two bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, and of course the huge balcony. Our only complaint and it is a small one is that housekeeping came to our door early before we had checked out (9am) and rang the bell and knocked and the kids were still asleep. I would suggest they communicate better with the front desk so that they know who has checked out and who hasn't. Next time we will hang the do not disturb sign until we are ready to go. What an awesome trip we had and having a nice hotel suite made all the difference.

| Just spent a Saturday night at Flatotel and couldn't be more pleased. Great location just off Broadway, close to theatres and tons of restaurants. The hotel is nice appointed, clean, and the staff is very accomodating. For the price, I don't think you can find a better value in the theatre district.

| I chose this hotel based on the room description that promised king sized bed and newly remodeled rooms with internet access. Unfortunately I did not receive any of those accommodations. But the location of the hotel was very convenient and the room was comfortable.

| This hotel has a great Midtown location, close to what we wanted to see: Theater District, MOMA, 5th Avenue, Central Park. Staff very professional, king-size room was very comfortable. Helpful to have breakfast available in the hotel restaurant.
