| My experience I found to be quite positive given the great rate and a room that was like a mini-suite--wetbar is more like kitchen--full sink-refrig-recently remodeled---has couch and living rm like entry with divider between bed and that area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Wireless internet available---noise was the same as any hotel regardless of price--it's hotel people come to Vegas and have fun and stay up night and day. It will now be where I stay on every trip if I'm paying.

| Was there 3 nights at the end of March 2005. 1st night I was given key to room already occupied. Same night someone else was given my room & tried to get in while I was there. Next night 2 people were given my room Each time this happened, I had to go to front desk and have my key reprogrammed because mine no longer worked. Last night 2 hotel employees pounded on my door at midnight "just checking." The next morning at 5:45 a.m. workers hammering outside my door. Unacceptable. Staff overwhelmed with all the mistakes resulting from new computer program. They were all very pleasant and were able to maintain their cool.I arrived at hotel after 3 pm but was told check-in time was 4 p.m.

| I would not recommend this hotel for the following reasons: first of all when we arrived at the hotel at 3:45 p.m. we were told we had to wait half an hour to check-in because they were putting up to date what rooms were available. Second of all they gave us a room next to the stairs and every time someone went up or down we heard a lot of noise in our room. Third of all there was some much noise through out the night we kept waking up. Some guys were fighting outside at midnight, calling each other names, etc. The room was not very clean, we found a used bottle of water under the bed, the coffemaker had an old filter inside it. The only thing we liked was that it had a refrigerator in the room. They should specify that it is not a hotel, it is a Motel.

| the main problem I had was the smoke. in Las Vegas, there is still smoking allowed in public places and this hotle had a small lobbby and eating area, and gaming area and the smoke was bad. The staff was over worked and busy. Not many smiles or friendly. Stressed to the max you could say. The price was good compared to other hotels and that is why I stayed there. It is pretty close to other areas, like the convention center. They just need a better staff and non smoking.

| I had a very good time at this hotel. The room was very big and had a very nice kitchen area. It was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle was easy and convenient and brought you to the heart of the strip. The cafe at the hotel was really good. One negative thing I would say about this hotel is that the people in the casino and cafe were really trashy. The tv was a POS too. Overall, you cannot get a much better value than this.
