| Our non-smoking room smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and mildew. It is a grand and elegant hotel building that is way past its prime and not kept up very well. Paint pealing off the bathroom shower floor, Mildew on the ceiling.

| If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel and price is more important than comfort than this is the place for you! Hotel restaurant is horrible. Hotel is in need of restoration and is shabby but the staff are trying. Everything is within walking distance - great location, great view. Walk to falls, walk to Canada - eat at the casino.

| The room smelled like someone cooked Indian food in it. The bathroom and shower were painfully small. In fact, the shower was so small, someone that is even slightly overweight would not fit in it.

| With a name like "Ramada" we were thinking this would be a great hotel. We were disapointed nearly right away. The name was recently changed to Ramada and I think that is a bummer. It is definitely not up to Ramada standards especially when compared to other Ramada hotels in the USA I have visited. I would not recommend it. In fact, I think those who are in charge of the name "Ramada" should go and investigate the situation themselves. Bathrooms not clean, windows don't latch, rooms very small. Did I say disappointed? Could have been worse, right?

| room was not the greatest,it is ok if you are just going to use it to sleep and not going to spend much time there. is close to everything can walk over to canada from it and the falls, but as the saying goes you only going to get what you pay for and it was a cheap place to stay if you are on a buget.

| We could not sleep at all, the room was not comfortable, too dirty. We could not even shower in the bathroom, the shower was not kept up at all. Mold on the walls!! We asked for a wake up call, which we never got, but we didn't really need one since we could not sleep anyway. This hotel is a disgrace to the area and I would never recommend anyone to stay there.
