| A good place for not all too long stays. Building is a bit noisy in particular when guests leave during the night. For the rest OK.

| The room we were initially given was unacceptable but they did change it upon our request. During our stay, roofers were hammering over our heads, the fire alarms went off and they closed the corridor doors making it almost impossible to get in or out. Clients in the neighboring room turned their TV full blast at 6:00 AM and then tried entering the connecting door. A request for someone to respond went unheeded. The restaurant smelled of smoke from the fireplace that didn't function properly. Maybe it was what set off the alarms? Terrible stay, never again.

| This is a very nice place for a quiet getaway. 3 minutes from town and a short drive from skiing. The 2 outdoor hot tubs are a nice way to relax after a day on the slopes. Decor is classic western and the employees are very nice. Try the hasbrowns, the best I've had.

| The exterior and the lobby were the only details of the hotel that lived up to the billing. The room decor was dated and old, with no outstanding ammenities. The hallways were dark with drab green carpet and inexpensive canned lighting. The pool is very small, the fitness center is small. This was classified as a three star hotel, for the price it was not worth it at all.

| Beautiful log building, rustic in every aspect except comfort, heated indoor pool and outside hot tub (both great in winter), lounge, restaurant and siting area has huge fireplaces(about 8 feet across)very cozy. We want to go back for summer time. P.S. 15 minutes to "Big Mountain" skiing.

| We went to Whitefish, MT for skiing at Big Mountain. The Grouse Mountain Lodge offers the best location for a quick drive to the Mtn. and easy access to the town, restaurants, and shopping.
