| The rent is right for an upscale hotel. Free Valet Parking minus the tip, something unheard of lately. No hidden charges except for an energy charge of $3.35. There is a large choice of dining from kiosk, buffet to steak Restaurants. Hugh casino with all the action anyone would want. Would defiantly recommend the Atlantis Hotel and Casino.

| I had requested a non-smoking room. I got a smoking room. When I checked in the desk offered me a room for one night, then I would have to move. Well, if I'm in class how could I move? So I took the smoking room. My pillow reeked of smoke. I had a doozie of a headache. I was really disappointed. Otherwise, and on the positive side, the desk clerk got me directions to my class on Map Quest, I did get a room with a view. However, the amenities as a shower cap were missing. No refridgerator. No snack bar. Because of the proximity to my seminar and satisfaction with all other attributes, I would recommend this hotel. The carpet on the 9th floor hallway is loose and has tripable folds.

| I was not booked in the hotel itself but in the motel section. It would work for business although parking can be a problem sometimes if you don't want to valet park. It is convenient to walk around the area for dining. It would have been nice if there was free internet access for business.

| I had an extended stay, and chose to not have room service every day. By not notifying them, I was awakened at 11:00pm one night by security suggesting I had been "passed out" for the prior 4 days. I could understand this had I still been there past my checkout date, but not while my reservation was still active. They were very persistent. Not appreciated. The one day I had room service, they took the dirty glasses and left no new ones. Excellent restaurants!

| The casino has switched over to all electronic gambling. I miss the MONEY. I find the new system confusing. Valet parking is free but easily overwhelmed and I was unable to call down in advance to have my car brought around, this caused an unecessary wait. Resturants and rooms are a great value!
